- Gerenciar atendimento e comunicação com clientes, garantindo satisfação.
- Coordenar e acompanhar embarques e pedidos operacionais.
- Resolver reclamações e propor soluções.
- Manter dados, relatórios e indicadores atualizados.
- Atuar como ponto focal entre clientes, operações e áreas internas
What we would like you to bring
- Formação em Administração, Comércio Exterior, Economia ou áreas correlatas.
- Experiência em atendimento ao cliente/logística (freight forwarding).
- Perfil analítico, organizado e com boa comunicação.
- Habilidade em resolução de problemas e gestão de conflitos.
- Inglês avançado.
