About the role

You will grow Tyvek® roll goods business in China across consumer and industrial packaging applications. This role focuses on building downstream demand, developing high-value opportunities, and partnering across the value chain to deliver profitable growth and excellent customer experience.

What you’ll do

  • Lead with DuPont core values and consistently apply the Code of Conduct in all customer interactions.
  • Own the sales plan for assigned segments/territory; deliver growth targets by creating downstream demand and expanding Tyvek® specifications.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new opportunities; build and manage a robust pipeline using strong market, competitor, and customer insights.
  • Engage value-chain partners (brands, converters, printers, distributors) to influence materials choices and accelerate project conversion.
  • Lead the business development cycle end-to-end—from opportunity shaping and technical qualification to pricing, supply alignment, and commercialization.
  • Partner cross-functionally (technical, sustainability/CSR, supply chain, quality) to deliver compliant solutions and excellent customer experience.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Science, Packaging Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in a multinational environment; key account management experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience in consumer/industrial packaging and/or printing-related industries preferred.
  • Proven business development capability, including project management and disciplined sales execution.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills; collaborative mindset across cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated with a “hunter” mentality and results orientation; comfortable working under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
