Sales Operations Analyst
Deliver exceptional internal support for customer service activities, ensuring timely and accurate communication with customers and internal teams. Manage escalations effectively, keeping customers informed and collaborating with Sales and BU teams for resolution. Drive demand management and forecasting processes using AI-driven analytics and planning tools to improve accuracy and responsiveness. Oversee end-to-end order lifecycle management, including purchase order entry, change orders, scheduling, and dispatch coordination. Ensure proactive customer communication regarding order status, shipment schedules, and any changes. Collaborate with Sales teams, BU teams, and Distribution Centers to manage supply-demand changes and resolve operational issues. Support initiatives to automate and streamline processes using AI-based decision systems and robotic automation to reduce manual effort. Prepare and present operational metrics, forecasts, and status reports using advanced analytics and visualization tools. Act as a point of contact for escalations, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication to stakeholders. Participate in planning activities to ensure smooth execution of operational processes and continuous improvement. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or related field. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Service, or Business Operations, preferably in technology or semiconductor industry. Hands-on experience with AI tools, Copilot agents, and RPA solutions for workflow automation. Strong knowledge of demand management, forecasting, and escalation handling. Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP), Rapid Response, Salesforce, and messaging hubs. Advanced MS Excel and data analysis skills; experience with analytics platforms and automation tools preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Collaborative and adaptable, with strong attention to detail. Comfortable working across global teams and time zones. Associate's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 2+ years of business operations or related experience. OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of business operations or related experience.
