Program Manager - IE-IOT Customer Documentation
- Lead end-to-end execution across HW, firmware, kernel, and software engineering teams.
- Manage schedules, dependencies, risks, and cross-team alignment for product and solution readiness.
- Own customer-facing documentation: platform guides, integration guides, release notes, developer guides, and reference solution documentation.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and easy for customers to adopt.
- Drive solution prototyping, reference design validation, and customer enablement activities.
- Collaborate with FAEs, solution architects, and customers to gather requirements and convert them into actionable engineering tasks.
- Ensure high release quality by partnering with validation and automation teams to maintain strong testing, issue closure, and documentation standards.
- Communicate progress and risks clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
- 10-15+ years of experience managing HW/SW programs in embedded systems or related domains.
- Strong understanding of hardware bring-up, firmware, device drivers, and embedded software workflows.
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills ability to simplify complex engineering concepts.
- Proven success driving multi-disciplinary engineering programs and delivering customer-ready documentation.
- Experience working directly with customers and field teams.
- Experience with Linux- or Yocto-based platforms, embedded systems, or industrial/IoT solutions.
- Background in customer-facing engineering, developer documentation, or solution integration.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
4+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
