WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT:

  • Enable collaboration between functions and teams (Product, Customer, Retail operation), and external partners (e.g. Dunnhumby teams) and facilitate this collaboration to support business objectives.
  • Integrate Retail Media and Insight into the Tesco E2E processes (category planning/trade planning, annual negotiations, operating model) to drive efficiency, compliance and sustainability into the operating model.
  • Implement a structured approach designed to enhance cooperation and coordination among media teams across the region.
  • Develop a clear supplier strategy and supplier engagement plan for branded suppliers to help us leverage our scale across the group and create more strategic supplier relationships (3-year plans) who want to invest more into the Tesco ecosystem.
  • Support identification of opportunities to contribute to the development of collaboration with suppliers across CE region.
  • Support identification of innovative opportunities to enhance media and insight capabilities within Tesco.
  • Define and implement effective governance across CE on supplier strategy, insight and retail media and ensure effective escalation forums.
  • Capture and align supplier feedback to ensure we are delivering value for suppliers through retail media and insight.
  • Lead weekly governance on media inventory development and identify new opportunities related to the Tesco Customer Plan.
  • Support and participate in relevant events and external activities (media events, PR activities), if required to support further growth, innovations and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Any other duties assigned by the employers´ authorized representative or the line manager.
  • University education
  • Upper-intermediate level of english (B2)
  • High level of experience in product function, advantage working with branded suppliers
  • Advantage is having experience in Marketing/Customer function, Retail Media
