We are looking for a proactive and performance-oriented Relationship Manager Field Sales to drive partner acquisition and business expansion initiatives. This role requires an individual with excellent communication capabilities, strategic thinking skills, and a strong track record in business development and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue partnership opportunities to enhance the organization s business portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new partners to support long-term growth objectives.
  • Identify new prospecting channels and generate potential business leads.
  • Conduct in-person client meetings across assigned territories to develop and sustain professional relationships.
  • Work closely with leadership to negotiate, finalize, and close business agreements with prospective clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related domain.
  • 4 5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or relationship management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication along with interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to design and execute effective business development strategies.
  • Target-driven mindset with a structured and focused approach to achieving results.
  • Working knowledge of finance-related concepts and terminology.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi; familiarity with regional languages is a plus.
  • Ownership of a personal vehicle (preferably a two-wheeler) is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Delhi/Pune regions.
  • Prior experience engaging with CXOs and senior stakeholders through meetings, presentations, or proposals is essential.
