Business Development Executive - IT
We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive to strengthen our expanding team. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT services sales , strong English communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with international clients. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospects, and converting leads into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities - Generate new business opportunities through online research, networking, cold outreach, and lead generation activities.
- Identify potential clients and present the company s IT services effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Research companies and industry trends through professional and social platforms to identify new markets and opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure proper project communication.
- Prepare professional proposals, quotations, and business emails aligned with client requirements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and clients to track ongoing opportunities and requirements.
- Schedule meetings, calls, and presentations with international clients across different time zones.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client communications, and sales activities.
- Consistently achieve assigned sales goals within defined timelines.
- Bachelor s degree with at least 2 years of experience in IT sales or business development .
- Experience working with clients from USA, Canada, Europe, or the Middle East is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory) .
- Good understanding of technology and computer applications.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint .
- Confident presentation, negotiation, and documentation skills.
