Regional Transportation Manager, AWS Cloud Logistics

SG, Singapore July 21, 2026 Full Time Amazon Custom Ats (Amazon.jobs)
AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we’re the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. We work on the most challenging problems, with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain — and we’re looking for talented people who want to help.

You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You’ll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. And you’ll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.

The AWS APAC Transportation team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Transportation Manager to own the transportation strategy and operational performance for one of the fastest-growing industries in the world. This is a high-visibility role responsible for setting direction across the region, driving large-scale Projects, and influencing senior stakeholders both inside AWS and across our logistics partner network all while raising the bar on service, cost, and safety in a rapidly scaling environment.

An ideal candidate brings deep experience in transportation and logistics operations, a strong track record of leading through ambiguity, and the judgment to make data-driven decisions that balance long-term strategy with near-term execution. They have led complex vendor and cross-functional programs at scale, influenced without authority across senior audiences, and designed the mechanisms and processes that allow operations to scale sustainably. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to operate autonomously in a dynamic, high-growth environment are essential.

Key job responsibilities

• Influence internal technical and product teams to prioritize and deliver multi-system process and tooling changes
• Define and drive scalable, mechanism-based solutions that sustain continued regional growth and reduce manual effort
• Set requirements and align agendas across internal and external teams, resolving competing priorities across senior stakeholders
