Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 710 years of corporate sales experience with a proven track record in business development.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in a sales leadership or regional sales management role.
Candidates with prior experience in Moving, Global Mobility, Logistics or Relocation industry will be preferred
Job Description & Responsibilities
- Develop regional sales strategies in consultation with the BDH to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Identify and generate new corporate accounts and business opportunities through direct sales, networking, LinkedIn and other business development activities.
- Guide and support the regional sales team in prospecting, lead generation and pipeline development.
- Conduct cold calls, prospect qualification and schedule meetings with potential clients.
- Develop and maintain a strong multi-level sales funnel to ensure sustainable business growth.
- Visit corporate clients, conduct relocation surveys, understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare client proposals, follow up with prospects, negotiate contracts and convert opportunities into confirmed business.
- Develop strong professional and consultative relationships with key customers and decision makers.
- Map corporate accounts and develop a deep understanding of the organisation structure, decision makers, relocation needs and business plans.
- Work closely with customers to develop customised relocation or logistics solutions that meet their specific business needs.
