Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Identify and win new corporate clients across the region.
- Lead, support, and mentor the regional sales team.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct client meetings, relocation surveys, and solution presentations.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Strengthen relationships with key decision-makers within corporate accounts.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging business opportunities.
- Ensure CRM/ERP updates and timely reporting of regional performance.
Candidate Profile
- 710 years of corporate sales experience; strong BD track record.
- 35 years in sales leadership / regional sales management.
- Experience in Moving, Relocation, Logistics, or Global Mobility preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage highvalue accounts.
- Comfortable with cold calling, networking, and field travel.
- Fluent in English; local language is an advantage.
- Willing to travel extensively across the assigned region.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree required; MBA preferred.
- Strong MS Office & CRM/ERP proficiency.
- Experience handling proposals, RFPs, and tender submissions.
