As the Regional Manager for the South Coast West region, you will lead the commercial growth and profitability of your portfolio by delivering the regional retail plan and achieving key KPIs. You will champion a customer-first culture, ensuring exceptional service standards and using customer insight to shape continuous improvement. Through inspiring, visible leadership, you will empower Store Managers and their teams to deliver high performance while building a strong, future ready talent pipeline across the region. You will play a critical role in developing capability at all levels, ensuring robust succession and colleague engagement. Above all, you will ensure every store operates safely, legally, and in line with the values and standards that protect our colleagues, our customers, and the M&S brand.
