Analyzes inventory and supply needs. Duties include inventory, purchasing, receiving and storing all food and supplies to ensure quality, minimal waste & cost control. Other responsibilities include stockroom maintenance, delivery inspections and ensuring Federal, State and local compliance.Job Description:
EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
- HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
- 1 year of recent relevant experience.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Previous experience with food cost controls and inventory controls.
- Thorough knowledge of food specs on all items ordered.
- Familiarity of food production and plating specifications to aid in identification of potential waste.
- Knowledge of and proper use of telephone etiquette, 10-key adding machine, knowledge of spreadsheets, pallet jack, kitchen equipment specs and scales.
- Literacy in English and mathematics in order to complete requisitions, read invoices of incoming goods, price goods and to record accurate quantities.

Pay Range is $31.75 to $38.09 / hourThe compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled.
