Project Developer - Home Charging
Charging is a critical part of Tesla’s mission to accelerate the world's transition to a sustainable energy future. The Charging team is responsible for overseeing the massive expansion of charging infrastructure to support mass market electric vehicle ownership. As the Home Charging Developer, you will be responsible for maximizing sales of our Wall Connector product to residential customers globally.
Responsibilities
- Identify and implement programs to maximize Wall Connector attach rate and sale
- Analyze customer feedback and order trends to identify key blockers for sales as well as actions to increase demand
- Work cross-functionally to align, test, and implement initiatives to improve sales
- Align on priorities with cross-functional and executive stakeholders
- Manage pricing and channel strategy
Requirements
- Ability to analyze data and tease out clear insights
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Ability to take ownership of an initiative from start to finish
- Coordinate across teams to implement new programs
- Novel perspective and approaches to solving problems
- Preferred: Functional experience in product marketing, growth strategy, go-to-market planning or business operations.
- Preferred: Industry experience in electric vehicles, energy, or home consumer electronics
- Preferred: 5+ years of working experience
- Preferred: Advanced degree in Business, Science, Technology or related fields
