Key Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of major employee events including townhalls, hackathons, allhands, conferences, and culturebuilding programs.
Drive crossorganizational initiatives that reinforce cultural tenets and enhance employee experience.
Serve as an advocate for employees, partnering with IT, Finance, Facilities, Workplace, and other teams to ensure seamless daytoday operations.
Collaborate with site leadership to strengthen workplace culture and ensure a consistent, high-quality employee experience.

Requirements

Strong program management skills with the ability to design scalable, intentdriven engagement programs and sustainable processes.
Proven ability to influence without authority and lead crossfunctional virtual teams.
Excellent planning and execution capability, including budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management.
Exceptional communication skills to inspire, inform, and drive awareness across diverse channels.
High empathy and curiosity to understand employee sentiment and engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
