Description

Join Northrop Grumman Australia and play a key role supporting a Defence program by delivering financial insights that enable informed decision-making and mission success.

In this role, you will:

  • Support program financial management including cost control, P&L maintenance and invoicing

  • Assist with month-end processes, reporting, variance analysis, and forecasting

  • Analyse financial performance and provide insights to stakeholders

  • Partner with program teams to understand cost drivers and improve outcomes

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes and systems

About you:

You’re a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You bring strong analytical capability, a continuous improvement mindset, and the confidence to engage with stakeholders to influence outcomes.

You will bring:

  • Degree in Finance, Commerce or related discipline

  • 3-4 years experience in financial analysis, reporting or program finance

  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting and financial controls

  • Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • CPA/CA and Defence industry experience (desirable)

Due to the nature of the work, you must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance (NV1).
