  • Champion a strong safety culture by ensuring full compliance with EHS requirements, driving safety awareness, and leading continuous safety improvements to achieve zero incidents.
  • Ensure product quality excellence through strict adherence to quality standards, proactive defect prevention, and continuous improvement to drive right-first-time performance.
  • Execute production plans effectively by optimizing manpower, equipment, and materials to consistently meet delivery, cost, and customer commitments.
  • Drive productivity and cost improvement by leading continuous improvement projects using Danaher Business System (DBS) tools to eliminate waste and improve operational efficiency.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team by fostering engagement, accountability, and collaboration, while ensuring behaviors and decisions are aligned with Danaher Core Values.

Experience, Skill requirements & qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations or shop-floor management, with hands-on exposure to daily management, production execution, and team leadership.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and drive effective countermeasures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, with experience or strong interest in applying Lean, DBS, or other structured problem-solving tools to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
  • Good communication skills, including the ability to collaborate across functions and engage frontline teams effectively; English proficiency is preferred for communication, reporting, and system usage.
