Product Systems Specialist - Internship

What You Can Expect
The Product Systems Specialist works within the Recon and DTS department of Zimmer Biomet. You would be working in an EMEA role and primarily responsible for creating and customizing content within the Content management Systems of mymobility as well as supporting User Acceptance Testing of new features and versions. In addition, the Product Systems Specialist is improving existing templates and processes within the Content Management Systems and preparing management reports for internal and external stakeholders. The Product Systems Specialist is working in a back-office role and supporting colleagues who are customer facing. The Product Systems Specialist is closely collaborating with the Solutions Architects team to drive organization and customer success metrics.
Intern position: from 6 to 12 months contract / 15-20 hours per week.
How You'll Create Impact
- Gain hands-on experience in the software development lifecycle by assisting in UAT to ensure new features are ready for the real world
- Support content customization, creation and localization in different countries
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with IT or vendors for resolution
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of product data across systems
- Develop an eye for detail by managing data integrity and ensuring the accuracy of product information across our systems
- Maintain version control and documentation for product configurations
- Analyze workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency in product lifecycle processes
- Gather business requirements and translate them into system specifications
- Document system processes and create user guides or manuals
- Master data visualization by creating impactful reports that help management make informed decisions
- Provide insights and recommendations to management based on data analysis
- Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to system users

Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or clinically-based field, or a quantitative, business-oriented field
- Experience with IT systems and/ or business process improvement (healthcare experience preferred)
- Swedish and English
