Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to drive business to deliver the revenue targets and KPIs to meet the overall GTS business objectives.
  • Align with the respective RMs on the overall account plan and customer segment targets.
  • Work with the Relationship Managers, GTS Product, GTS Implementation, T&O and relevant stakeholders to deliver the agreed solutions.
  • Support the network by translating the referrals into revenue.
  • Work with the relevant stakeholders and product management team to identify market requirements and opportunities and translate opportunities into business requirements.

Requirements:

  • Master Degree/University Degree education level, preferable majored in Business Management/Economics/Finance.
  • P&L responsibilities in the GTS business as a sales specialist with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong GTS product knowledge with strong sales and commercial orientation.
  • Able to perform in a matrix organization in a regional structure with good alignment skills.
  • People Management/Coaching skills (preferred).
  • Good inter-personal skills.
  • Good team player.
  • Good command of English with the ability to read/write/speak Chinese.
  • Credit experience/knowledge (preferred).
  • Presentation skills.
