Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with TEL Japan Business Unit Sales Teams to facilitate equipment and modification business for TEL in Europe. 
- Connect European customers with appropriate contacts in Japan for equipment purchase inquiries. 
- job holder should be able to use experience to work with the customers to understand their technology needs and to develop a clear understanding of the configuration and process requirements for any required tool or modification that TEL can provide for them.  
- Understand the market to support long-term business forecasts. 
- Have a working knowledge of DX tools provided by TEL and used by customers. 
- Assist the work with assigned customers, including in their local language if needed, to understand in detail their technology need with the goal to develop a detailed configuration and requirements proposal that would facilitate the purchase of the equipment or modification from TEL Japan.
- Review customer specifications and contract documents; collaborate with product development, legal, finance, TEL Japan, and customer support to prepare responses and market strategies to promote product features and customer benefits
- Assist TEL Japan in organizing and conducting meetings for finalizing proposals; identify current key customer contacts to ensure success. 
- Understand the business status and medium- to long-term technology and business goals of assigned customers. 
- job holder helps to create marketing materials such as product configurations, datasheets, presentations, case studies, and promotional content that effectively communicate product value.
- Support product launches by coordinating promotional campaigns, events, and communications to maximize impact. 
- Engage with customers and industry stakeholders to gather feedback, understand their needs, and convey insights to product development. 
- Keep informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to guide marketing strategies and maintain competitive edge.
- Role will be assigned to Business Unit CT 
- Ensure all information gathered in meeting are following TEL and TEE Governance guidelines and that all customer confidential information is clearly marked and managed according to TEL and Customer guidelines and rules.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and develop actionable recommendations.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for technology and a desire to drive product success.
- Ability to think creatively and exercise sound judgement in advising on mitigating risk within the business
- Be highly independent, self-motivated, adaptable, and an effective communicator both verbally and in writing. 
- Strong sense of curiosity and willingness to learn

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of [5] years of experience in product marketing, marketing communications, or related roles, preferably in the semiconductor industry or a technology-related field.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies, market dynamics, and customer applications.
- Experience in change management, root cause analysis, industry benchmarking, survey evaluation and data interpretation
- Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms for campaign management, customer engagement, and performance analysis.

Individual pay is determined based on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, relevant education, certifications, and/or training. In addition to base salary, we offer (full time regular employees ) a comprehensive benefits package and for certain roles eligibility in our bonus plan and long-term incentives as applicable.
