Product Manager – DevX

Would you like to help simplify, accelerate, and secure software development practices within a large organization? As a Product Manager – DevX, you will play a key role in the evolution of an integrated software engineering platform designed to reduce team cognitive load and increase the quality, velocity, and reliability of deliveries.

You will be responsible for the vision, value, and roadmap of DevX products, working closely with delivery teams to ensure that the strategic vision is grounded in developers’ day‑to‑day realities.

What you will accomplish with us

As a Product Manager – DevX, you will be at the heart of the mission and will notably:

• Define, maintain, and communicate the product roadmap, taking into account user needs, technical constraints, and delivery capacity.

• Define, champion, and evolve the vision of the software engineering platform products (including the developer portal, technology orchestrator, infrastructure as code, and platform operationalization processes).

• Work closely with DevSecOps teams, software environment teams, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure roadmap alignment.

• Translate corporate and sectoral strategic orientations into clear, prioritized, and actionable product objectives.

• Ensure top‑down / bottom‑up alignment between strategy, team capacity, and operational reality.

• Prioritize initiatives and manage the high‑level product backlog based on delivered value and DevX impact.

• Communicate and evangelize the product vision, acting as a catalyst for mobilization across teams, partners, and governance bodies.

• Stay current on trends in product management and software engineering platforms.

What could accelerate your success in this role

We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong experience in information technology, including significant experience in architecture and/or product management.

• Has worked in complex technology environments, ideally related to DevX, DevOps, or DevSecOps.

• Demonstrates strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and value‑driven decision‑making.

• Shows excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.

• Is comfortable working in complex, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environments.

• Has a solid understanding of software architecture concepts and the realities of delivery teams.

• Is comfortable working in Agile and Lean environments.

• Has an advanced proficiency in french both spoken and written
