Project Contractor Purpose Leads strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing client outcomes throughout both human and digital experiences. Accountable for the successful delivery, working alongside a wide range of stakeholders to deliver new features and capabilities. This role is focused on our client journeys across web and mobile app channels so we are looking for a Product Manager with prior experience in delivering new features to market in the UK Direct to Consumer investing space. Key responsibilities Provides product management services across the mobile app experience applying functional expertise to improve client outcomes and prioritise future features and enhancements. Collaborates with small cross-functional teams to demonstrate best practices that drive significant change to the client experience. Coaches product teams towards best practices and learnings. Ensures delivery of messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary. Partners with stakeholders to resolve production and implementation issues in a timely manner, and supports/drives escalations where required to enable rapid delivery. Leads the planning, development and implementation of new product changes, working alongside UX design and development teams. Defines and analyzes markets, developing detailed product features and requirements, and developing implementation plans. Define and track key performance indicators Employs a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience. Participates in and provides recommendations for ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities. Skills and experience Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years product management experience. Prior experience in personal investing preferred, with Financial Services experience as a minimum requirement. Prior experience designing and implementing mobile app native features and capabilities. Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Why Vanguard?
