What You Can Expect
Job Summary
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with a strong interest in DevOps practices to maintain and develop internal business tools that support analytics and AI-driven strategic sourcing processes. In this role, you will work across the full web stack while also improving the development, deployment, and operational workflows that enable teams to deliver features efficiently and reliably. This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and might not necessarily comprise all the essential functions of the position. The employee may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Work Mode - Hybrid (3 days in Office)
How You'll Create Impact
Key Responsibilities
Web Development
1. Design, develop, and maintain internal web applications used for analytics and AI-supported sourcing workflows.
2. Implement backend services and APIs, primarily using PHP-based technologies.
3. Develop and maintain Frontend components with a focus on usability, performance, and maintainability.
4. Work with existing frameworks and systems (experience with Yii2 is a plus, but not required).
5. Experience in consuming APIs (SAP ARIBA, Financial rating institutions, publicly available data end points)
DevOps & Development Enablement
1. Streamline the development lifecycle, from local development to production deployment.
2. Improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines for internal applications.
3. Work with containerized environments (e.g. Docker, Podman) to ensure consistent development and deployment.
4. Support and improve environment management (development, staging, production).
5. Contribute to application reliability through logging, monitoring, and operational best practices.

Your Background
Required Qualifications
1. Experience as a Full Stack Web Developer.
2. Strong experience with PHP-based backend development.
3. Solid understanding of Frontend web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
4. A strong DevOps mindset, with experience improving build, deployment, or operational workflows.
5. Familiarity with CI/CD and containerized development (e.g. Docker).
6. Experience working with internal business or enterprise applications.
Nice to Have
1. Experience with Yii2 or other PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony).
2. Experience integrating analytics or AI-driven features into web applications.
3. Familiarity with cloud or on-prem infrastructure environments.
4. Interest in improving developer experience and platform reliability.
