Process Technology Specialist - Makó (Hungary) - Your future position?

Overall mission

Understand the Product Introduction, improvement of Production and Quality Processes, waste reduction, strengthening of Right First Time ratio. Related to this, reviewing new and existed recipes for Process flavour NPI products and doing changes in recipes, process instructions, technical set up modifications in equipment.

You will be based in Makó and report to the Process Technology Manager.

You will

Formula change management

• Gain and practice knowledge of all the Makó technologies and FOMA procedures

• Provide high-level mastery of process-flavuor technology

• Work together with regional development laboratories on Makó related projects

• Support new product industrialization process, allow localization only correct, producible new formulas

• Accomplish experimental and production trials

• Support product transfers

• Provide technological support in cost reduction projects and improve quality consistency of technological processes

• Establish technology procedures (SOP)

• Sustain and control existing technologies and enforce the behavior to respect them by others

• Have an in-depth understanding of the organic chemical, biochemical, and physical relationships of process flavor technologies

• Understand and apply the physics background of process flavor technology

• Recognition and interpretation of sensory and analytical differences in manufactured products, and modification of machinery and technological instructions to ensure the desired quality

• Cost reduction, recipe, raw material substitutions, analysis and evaluation of changes, and fine-tuning of necessary technological parameters or rejection of change requests to maintain the desired quality

• Identify potential failure issues and contribute to the investigation, correction and prevention of any differences.

• Manage the assigned product portfolios in Makó, responsible for cooperation with Issue Management

You

• University degree (Bsc or Msc) in science or Chemistry

• University degree (Bsc or Msc) in science or Heavy Industry Chemistry

• Molecular biology and chemistry knowledge collected in industrial environment

• Experience with correlations between physical and chemical aspects of molecular reactions

• Fluent in English and Hungarian languages
