Role & responsibilities:-

Design end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Power Platform to meet business needs.
Good experience is developing complex application.
Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Power Platform solutions.
Lead the development of Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Power BI reports/dashboards, and Power virtual agent chatbots.
Establish best practices, standards, and governance for Power Platform development and deployment.
Ensure integration with existing enterprise systems, data sources, and third-party services.
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to development teams and end-users.
Conduct technical assessments, feasibility analyses, and proof of concepts.
Stay updated on the latest Power Platform features, trends, and industry best practices.
Support change management and user training initiatives to maximize adoption.

Technical Skills, Qualication & Experience required:-

7 yrs of overall experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform certifications) are a plus.
Proven experience as a Power Platform Developer, Architect, or similar role.
Strong hands on experience of Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Data Verse and Power Virtual Agents.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform integration with Azure, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and other enterprise systems.
Proficiency in data modeling, Power Query, DAX, and related data analysis tools.
Knowledge of security, compliance, and governance best practices.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead technical teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
