Description:
Provides patient centered customer service to internal and external clients. Serves as a point of contact to patients and providers and pharmacies including answering inbound calls and coordinating delivery and fills of patient ‘s medications. Serves as a liaison between other departments within the pharmacy and patients and collects key patient information essential for any clinical staff.
Qualifications:
- High School, Cert, GED, Trn, Exper.
- RPT License
Significant customer service experience, ideally in the pharmacy industry. Must demonstrate high level customer service experience. Knowledge and proficient in Medical terminology preferred (written and oral). At least 1 year of call center or fast paced environment experience. Bilingual preferred. PTCB preferred. Proficient in computer applications and data entry skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to muti-task in a fast paced, intense (high volume) environment required.
Minimum Required Experience: 3 years of experience but may consider less
