As a Personal Independence - CoE Investments - Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients within our Internal Firm Services practice. You will provide advice and solutions to help organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls to mitigate risks effectively. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while developing and sustaining high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to facilitate compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities. Your ability to direct teams through complexity, demonstrating composure in ambiguous situations, will contribute to the success of our firm. You will initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels, making difficult decisions to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness.

Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to facilitate compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Leading teams in the strategic planning and execution of compliance programs
- Applying analytical thinking to identify and mitigate risks within regulatory frameworks
- Overseeing compliance program implementation and monitoring adherence to ethical standards
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that promote a culture of integrity
- Directing teams through complex regulatory landscapes, demonstrating composure in challenging situations
- Validating outcomes with stakeholders and acting on feedback to enhance compliance strategies
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to promote adherence to business ethics
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to foster team development and effectiveness
- Modeling and reinforcing professional and technical standards, including the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
