Our people strategy

Our people strategy is shaped by our values, our commitment to social responsibility, and the dynamic environment we operate in. This includes a competitive labour market, evolving skills requirements, technological change, and changes in employee expectations.

To address these challenges, we’ve identified five key strategic priorities that are vital to delivering the University strategy.
