岗位职责:
1、在快速消费品(FMCG)生产环境中全面领导操作员团队,确保遵守安全、质量、合规和产出标准;
2、建立并确认管理安全、质量和产出的标准和相应的操纵规程;
3、使用问题解决和绩效管理工具,推动实时问题识别、解决和持续改进计划;
4、识别并培养团队中的关键人才,确保定期执行发展计划。设定绩效预期并定期提供反馈;
5、监督任务分配、人员配置和招聘工作。确保资源符合生产需求,并在换班和休息期间保持生产的连续性;
6、领导并实施改进项目,管理范围、进度和成本,同时与跨职能团队协调;
7、了解并管理制造领域的预算,确保运营符合成本效益;
8、理解并遵守所有环境、健康和安全(EHS)及质量法规、公司要求、标准操作程序(SOP)和要求;
9、根据上级要求履行其他职责。
任职资格:
1、大学本科或以上学历,制药、工程或相关技术学科学士学位;
2、3年以上快消行业生产管理经验,5年以上制造行业经验;
3、优先考虑: 具有在 FDA 监管环境、GMP 要求、项目管理、流程验证、SAP 和卓越运营工具(如 FMEA、MSA)使用方面的经验,具备推行实施自主维修的经验;
4、具有良好的英语读写能力和听说能力;
5、能够适应一定的倒班工作节奏。
