岗位职责：

1、在快速消费品（FMCG）生产环境中全面领导操作员团队，确保遵守安全、质量、合规和产出标准；

2、建立并确认管理安全、质量和产出的标准和相应的操纵规程；

3、使用问题解决和绩效管理工具，推动实时问题识别、解决和持续改进计划；

4、识别并培养团队中的关键人才，确保定期执行发展计划。设定绩效预期并定期提供反馈；

5、监督任务分配、人员配置和招聘工作。确保资源符合生产需求，并在换班和休息期间保持生产的连续性；

6、领导并实施改进项目，管理范围、进度和成本，同时与跨职能团队协调；

7、了解并管理制造领域的预算，确保运营符合成本效益；

8、理解并遵守所有环境、健康和安全（EHS）及质量法规、公司要求、标准操作程序（SOP）和要求；

9、根据上级要求履行其他职责。

任职资格：

1、大学本科或以上学历，制药、工程或相关技术学科学士学位；

2、3年以上快消行业生产管理经验，5年以上制造行业经验；

3、优先考虑：  具有在 FDA 监管环境、GMP 要求、项目管理、流程验证、SAP 和卓越运营工具（如 FMEA、MSA）使用方面的经验，具备推行实施自主维修的经验；

4、具有良好的英语读写能力和听说能力；

5、能够适应一定的倒班工作节奏。
