Operations Manager - Casa Mani Resort Napa Valley, Curio Collection by Hilton

The Operations Manager is responsible for leading afternoon and evening hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and financial performance. Serving as the primary Manager on Duty (MOD) during the afternoon and evening hours, this position oversees key hotel departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering while acting as the primary liaison between hotel operations and the third-party Food & Beverage operator. This leadership role is responsible for maintaining Hilton brand standards, driving guest satisfaction initiatives, supporting Forbes service excellence, managing team performance, and ensuring seamless coordination across all operational departments. Typical Schedule: Approximately 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM, including weekends and holidays as business needs require.
