Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel clients on non-immigrant visa categories and requirements
- Convert inquiries and leads into successful sales through consultative selling
- Assess client profiles to recommend suitable visa options
- Explain visa processes, timelines, and documentation clearly
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up regularly
- Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis
- Coordinate with documentation and processing teams
- Provide honest, transparent, and compliant guidance to clients
- Stay updated on embassy guidelines and visa regulations
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in business, sales, or a related field
- Experience in sales, visa consulting, or travel services preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and result-focused mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients
- Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office
