The ideal candidate will have an interest and expertise in the clinical care of oncology and hematology patients, as well as participating in clinical trial enrollment. The candidate should be personable, collegial and exhibit the ability to work effectively in teams. She or he will join a sophisticated practice of medical oncologists and advanced practice providers delivering cutting edge cancer care at DFCI South Shore and DFCI Milford in close collaboration with disease centers at DFCI Longwood, with opportunities to foster disease-specific interests within general hematology/oncology practice. Average call 1 in 8 with inpatient co-management by hospitalists & oncologists for coverage of hospitalized patients. Inpatient-focused positions on the co-management service also available.
