Senior Project Manager, Multi-site
Job Profile: PDS Projects P3/M1 | Vertical: Multi-site Program Management
Reports to: Program Lead / Portfolio Lead
As a Senior Project Manager in JLL's Multi-site Program Management service line, you will be a critical delivery driver within one of the most specialized and high-volume project management practices in commercial real estate. Our 300+ project managers across the United States manage programs spanning tens, hundreds, or thousands of client locations — from QSR renovations and retail rollouts to technology deployments, rebranding initiatives, and new construction. You will bring deep expertise in managing concurrent projects across distributed portfolios, executing with the speed, consistency, and discipline that national accounts demand.
Your innovative approach, collaborative mindset, and commitment to repeatable excellence will help clients achieve their portfolio goals while advancing JLL's mission to deliver seamless, scalable solutions across every location.
WHAT THIS JOB INVOLVES
As a Senior Project Manager within Multi-site at JLL, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team shaping a brighter way for our clients, our colleagues, and our communities.
- You will manage multiple concurrent projects across a client's distributed portfolio, maintaining consistency in scope, quality, budget, and schedule at every site.
- You will be empowered to own programs end-to-end — from initial solutioning through project closeout — operating with the autonomy and accountability of a senior delivery professional.
- You will collaborate across centralized scheduling, procurement, and reporting functions that define how Multi-site delivers at scale.
- You will partner closely with Program Leads, Portfolio Leads, and client stakeholders to ensure program governance, quality standards, and client satisfaction are upheld across the portfolio.
- You will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging JLL's best-in-class tools, methodologies, and technology platforms to drive efficiency and data-driven decision making.
WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE
Multi-site Project Execution
- Manage multiple concurrent projects across a client's portfolio, ensuring each site is delivered on time, within budget, and to program quality standards.
- Execute repeatable project management processes customized to client programs — from initial scoping and schedule development through construction management, closeout, and client handoff.
- Oversee all project phases including pre-construction, permitting, contractor procurement, construction, FF&E coordination, and final occupancy across assigned sites.
- Apply JLL's program governance standards to maintain consistency across all locations, including site-specific risk mitigation strategies.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, building trusted relationships and providing transparent, proactive communication throughout the program lifecycle.
- Facilitate regular client meetings, status reporting, and escalation management across all active project sites.
- Partner with Program Leads to provide executive-level updates and contribute to client satisfaction reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional JLL teams — including IFM, Design, Work Dynamics, and IPS — to deliver integrated solutions aligned with client portfolio strategies.
Budget & Financial Management
- Manage project budgets across multiple simultaneous sites, tracking expenditures, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial forecasts in Certinia.
- Develop and monitor cost reports, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to protect project and program financial performance.
- Support Portfolio and Program Leads with financial reporting accuracy, AR collections follow-up, and timely updates in Salesforce and Certinia.
- Apply value engineering principles and leverage JLL's Synergy procurement program to generate measurable cost savings for clients.
Vendor & Contractor Management
- Competitively source, select, and manage contractors, architects, and vendors across project sites in alignment with JLL's delivery model (Agent, Contracting Manager, or Principal as applicable).
- Administer contracts, review scopes of work, enforce performance standards, and resolve vendor issues across all assigned projects.
- Drive accountability with trade partners to maintain schedule, quality, and cost targets across a high volume of concurrent projects.
Reporting, Technology & Program Governance
- Maintain accurate, real-time project data across JLL platforms including Certinia, Salesforce, Smartsheet, and client-specific reporting tools.
- Produce portfolio-level reporting dashboards and status updates that enable clients to make data-driven decisions about their real estate capital deployment.
- Adhere to Multi-site program governance frameworks, including program launch protocols, audit processes, and continuous improvement cycles.
- Leverage JLL's technology suite to enable standardized, efficient, and transparent multi-location project delivery.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Project Managers and Project Coordinators within the program team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Collaborate with Program Leads to optimize team structure, resource allocation, and staffing to meet evolving portfolio demands.
- Contribute actively to business development by supporting solutioning efforts, developing fee models, and participating in client presentations for existing or prospective accounts.
- Champion JLL's values of collaboration, inclusivity, and belonging across every client and team interaction.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years managing multiple concurrent projects in a program or multi-site environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing distributed, high-volume project portfolios across multiple geographies or client locations.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification required.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget across complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
- Strong financial acumen including budget management, cost forecasting, and financial reporting.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities across a high volume of simultaneous projects.
