Introduction

Device development for advanced specialty technologies (RRAM)

Your Role

•  Design and characterization of devices to meet performance and reliability requirements.

•  Integration and optimization of new devices with minimal impact to other devices, if any

• Design of new test structures and implementation of test methodologies

• Working with Modeling engineers to produce good device model

• Working with TCAD engineers to predict device split results

• Detailed analysis of E-Test data and characterization results

• Mentoring and training of engineers

Required Qualifications

• Masters + at least 5 years or PhD + at least 3 years of relevant device experience

• Proficiency in layout and design rules

• Experience in detailed electrical characterization of devices

• Process Integration experience preferred

• Ability to work well in global cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of device and process physics

• Excellent analytical and optimization skills

• Ability and desire to work in a multi-disciplinary team

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience working with foundries
