MPIM Manager
JOB PURPOSE & KEY METRICS
To play an essential role in the MPIM team, by using analytical, marketing and sales data to effectively estimate future product demands - including inventory management, analyzing statistical data and generating value solutions to the Business. Perform product replenishment planning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Is responsible for driving and managing the short and long term Demand Forecast for our Top Brand.
- Lead and manage monthly Consensus Meetings with the Commercial, Merchandising and Supply Teams
- Support Commercial, Customer Service and Merchandising Departments to monitor potential opportunities, product introductions and discontinued products.
- Manage replenishment products & fashion products (In & Out, Seasonal).
- Manage and solve Demand & Supply Issues, discrepancies and significant variances vs forecasted demand.
- Responsible of KPI analysis as part of the monthly Rolling Forecast and Consensus Process (Forecast Accuracy, Fill Rate, Excess & Obsolete).
- Monitor monthly Product performance and participate in quarterly product meetings with Merchandising & Commercial Departments.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bschelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics.
Experience
- +6 years in Supply Chain Network (Demand Planning & Supply Planning) and 3 years team management.
- Significant experience contribuiting in S&OP or IBP Process.
- Wider cross-functional experience desirable (Commercial & Finance).
- Detailed understanding of End to End Supply Chain Opperation Process ( Demand - Supply - Logistics - Inventory Management - Customer Service).
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
- APIC's Certification is a plus.
- Proficiency with Excel and Planning Tools.
- Fluent English.
- Excellent Analytical, organizational and decision making skills.
- Ability to manage and challenge senior stakeholders and manage top conversations.
- Exceptional communication skills - verbal, written and presentation.
- Experience using planning tools such as SAP - APO Module.
- Handle multiple priorities and work independently while demonstrating initiative and strong analytical savvy.
