Responsibilities:
- Lead the mobile team – recruitment, mentoring, and day-to-day management.
- End to End ownership of solutions throughout their entire design and development cycle which involve significant cross-team and cross-area collaborations
- Working closely with multiple stack holders - product management, server groups, core networking groups etc
- Designing and Implementing enterprise platform solutions
- Researching new technologies and adapting them for use within the company’s product
- Be on top of relevant client-side technologies to facilitate additional features that will both allow for novel solution and at the time improve existing ones
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Team Lead in mobile engineering, with direct responsibility for Android teams.
- 7+ years of mobile development experience, including Java/Kotlin and client-side concurrency.
- Strong knowledge of Android frameworks, networking libraries, and CI/CD methodologies.
- Experience with identity providers, OAUTH2, SSO, and authentication flows – significant advantage.
- Proven track record of owning full product lifecycles with frequent release cycles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- B.Sc. in Computer Science (or equivalent).
