神戸事業所で開発される最先端の電子計測器を世界中のお客様に効率よく安定的に届けられるよう、新製品開発と製造の双方を高い技術力で支えるお仕事です。R&Dや海外の製造工場と緊密に連携しながら、次のような活動を通して新製品の製造プロセス立ち上げを行い、量産品の生産維持にも貢献して頂きます。

• 計測器製造に必要な新規技術の導入、及び品質とコスト目標を両立する製造プロセスの開発
• 製品仕様を保証するための製品テスト、検査方法の開発
• 海外の製造工場への技術指導、及び現地での製造立ち上げサポート
• 量産品の品質・コスト改善、及び使用部品の生産終了対応のための製品の設計変更
• 製造過程で発生する技術的な問題の解決サポート

【必須（MUST）】

以下2つのいずれか、もしくは両方の実務経験
　- 電子回路設計
　- 制御系プログラミング
学部卒以上（電気・電子、物理、情報、制御などの専攻）

【歓迎（WANT）】

高周波回路設計・デジタル回路設計・FPGA設計・IC設計・測定器開発等のいずれかの経験
英語コミュニケーションに抵抗が無い方
電気・電子製品の製造プロセスの知見、経験のある方
