Merchandiser/Stocker - Hub
Job Descriptions
Operational Oversight: Supervise and coordinate all daily warehouse activities.
Team Leadership: Lead, train, motivate, and manage a team of warehouse associates.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure accurate inventory records are maintained within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize warehouse layout and workflow.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and customer service inquiries related to warehouse activities.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance, productivity, and inventory status.
Job Requirements
A Diploma or Degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role is required for the position in Logistics Company.
Strong understanding of warehouse best practices, inventory control, and logistics.
Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office application is essential for the role.
Able to work at Gelang Patah, Johor.
Must be willing to work on shift (morning & night).
Multiple position available.
Possess strong commitment towards the role.
