How to Get Hired at Miele

  • Miele's career portals run on TalentsConnect (Job-Shop platform from talentsconnect AG, Cologne) under the tenant 'miele', not on SAP SuccessFactors as some third-party databases incorrectly list. Apply through karriere.miele.de for DACH roles and career.miele.com for everywhere else.
  • German language is non-negotiable for the vast majority of roles in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria; B2 minimum, C1 strongly preferred, even on most software and IT teams. International portals are the workable path for English-only candidates.
