The reservation and instant service coordinator is often the first point of contact and sets the first impression for our guests. Warm, knowledgeable and personal service, coupled with the willingness to go the extra mile, reassures guests that they have made the right choice to stay with us. To deliver a great guest experience, following the Standard Operating Procedures – a reservation and instant services agent will be expected to convert queries into actual Sales, while setting the stage right to ensure a smooth check-in and stay for all guests. You would be also responsible to manage all internal and external calls, and ensure our guests feel welcome each time they connect with voco Orchard Singapore.
