Position Overview:

Are you interested in a career in identifying opportunities to empower go-to-market efforts at one of the leaders in the housing market? As a Marketing Performance Analyst, Senior, you will transform data into strategic insights to optimize marketing ROI and fuel business growth. You will analyze performance metrics across paid and owned marketing channels and subsequent business impact to identify key learnings and trends and then turn into actionable recommendations for the future. Additionally, you will serve as a vital strategic collaborator for the deployment and reporting of paid media channel initiatives to ensure impact of investment.

The position serves as a critical member of an Insights Team who provides analysis, executive reporting, case studies and strategic guidance to empower the important work that our Sellers, Servicers and partners do to Make Home Possible for families across the country.

The Strategic Operations Insights Team leads with data-driven insights to inform decision making to optimize ROI and enhance impact of owned and paid channels associated with Single-Family go-to-market efforts. The team provides critical guidance, actionable recommendations and valued inputs into planning, deployment, refinement and reporting activities.

Your Impact:

Strategic Analytics & Insights

  • Analyze performance to identify trends and best practice across owned and paid marketing channels (web, email, organic social, paid media, conferences and events and sales enablement)

  • Generate and present executive-level reporting

  • Manage the Quarterly Audience and Channel Performance Report

  • Develop and maintain channel analysis on key audience segments

  • Create dashboards and displays for transparent and compelling data aggregation

  • Validate marketing impact on key business outcomes through advanced attribution modeling

Paid Media Operations

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish and facilitate paid media project workflows for the strategic planning and deployment of paid media campaigns. This will include tactic and audience validation, alignment to budget and strategy, integration of best practice, implementation of tracking mechanisms and facilitation of successful deployment

  • Oversee SF reporting to capture ongoing paid activity, performance reporting and effectiveness and efficiency assessment

  • Implement scalable processes and templates for reporting accuracy and excellence

  • Drive multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines

Strategic Go-To-Market Support

  • Support data-driven, strategic planning through a strong understanding of measurable marketing objectives, measurement capabilities, audience segmentation, business needs, and marketing best practice to further enhance marketing and communications impact

  • Present channel and audience findings, key takeaways and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and senior leadership to guide future decisions via dashboards, presentations, insights reports and case studies

  • Support broad strategic planning with insights derived from market and competitive intelligence

Innovation & Technology

  • · Leverage AI tools and machine learning models to enhance analysis and further automation of reporting

  • · Solution for improvements to integrated data visualization

  • · Stay ahead of emerging marketing operations technologies and methodologies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, or related field

  • 5+ years in performance in digital marketing analytics, paid media or digital marketing (mortgage industry experience a plus)

  • Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint. Proficiency with vital analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI or similar)

  • Preferred experience with marketing mix modeling, multi-touch attribution, and A/B testing

  • Proven track record managing multiple, complex projects with executive visibility

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into strategic narratives

  • Knowledge of SEO / AEO, SEM, PPC, and digital / paid marketing best practices

  • Experience in integration of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, CoPilot)

  • Preferred experience includes platforms such as: Google Analytics, DemandBase, Salesforce, Eloqua, Data Studio or similar

  • Highly organized with ability to navigate competing, fast-turn, priorities and multi-task effectively

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights

  • Experience presenting to executive-level audiences

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $94,000 - $142,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
