Lead the hotel’s marketing team strategy by integrating sales and marketing plans to achieve budget targets and align with strategic business priorities. Oversee the execution of all marketing initiatives, digital presence, PR, and social media activity while maintaining IHG brand integrity. Serve as the hotel’s brand guardian, partner closely with Revenue Management, Sales, and Events teams, and coach and develop marketing team members to drive performance and support professional growth.
