You work in partnership with customers to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondelēz International and the customer.
岗位职责：
• 制定并执行天猫Tmall平台业务战略，涵盖渠道、产品、定价、投资及运营模式，确保与公司电商目标一致，灵活应对市场变化。
• 监督平台日常运营，保障团队KPI达成与销售目标实现；
• 规划产品、价格及促销策略，优化广告投放，推动业务稳健增长。 x
• 协同供应链、财务、营销等部门，保障库存、价格及订单管理高效；
• 与其他平台合作，共创可持续电商生态。
• 维护客户关系，争取资源；主导商务谈判；
• 管理TP服务商，提升运营效率；
• 把控预算，增强公司盈利能力；
• 建设高效团队，注重人才培养。
任职要求：
• 本科及以上学历，5年以上电商运营经验，有团队管理经验优先；
• 精通货架电商平台规则与运营逻辑，具备强数据分析能力；
• 优秀的跨部门协作与资源整合能力，能适应快节奏工作；
• 具备战略思维与商业敏感度，能平衡短期业绩与长期品牌建设。
