Manager Finance II
Plan, organize, and manage operations and activities of a finance function (e.g., treasury, corporate finance, M&A, risk management).
Develop and evaluate financial plans and policies.
Establish and maintain accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls.
Present and analyze financial results to support the management team.
Report to a Director and manage professional individual contributors.
Lead a specific department or discipline within finance and be accountable for its results.
Receive objectives and determine how to allocate resources to meet schedules and goals.
Manage internal and external audits
Manage monthly closing, budgets and forecast
Manage team of finance professionals
Responsible for Accounts payable and Accounts receivable functions
Manage VAT, Corporate tax and other taxes.
Manage Treasury functions
Qualifications
Chartered Accountant or CPA (USA)
Minimum 10 years experience.
In depth knowledge of accounting principles, public company financial reporting & practices experience.
Proven management accounting skills and experience including forecasting and budgeting.
Well-established experience in corporate consolidation.
Proven experience in treasury related activities.
Proven experience in preparing complex business models.
Knowledge of different costing principles (contribution, gross margin, allocation methods advantages/disadvantages, asset/labour utilization, variance analysis and methods).
Excellent analytical, conceptual thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Able to thrive in an often fast paced and deadline oriented business that requires development and refinement of processes & procedures.
Essential knowledge and experience in Hyperion Planning and Hyperion Enterprise.
Advance knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, Access, Visio).
Knowledge and experience in Oracle.
Ability to manage stress and work well under pressure, e.g. meeting deadlines whilst delivering a high standard of work.
Able to work within a team environment and contribute towards team objectives and meeting all required deadlines.
