About this Position As a Senior Community Management Specialist, your primary goal is to foster genuine connections with our online community for Professional brands. By engaging authentically on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, you will create meaningful relationships that transform casual followers into passionate brand advocates. You will work closely with a dynamic team that values collaboration and innovation, reporting to the Digital Brand Manager. What you´ll do Build one-on-one relationship with community via authentic communication and engagement on Instagram and Facebook, Linkedin and Tiktok via liking, commenting, quickly answering questions, direct messages etc. for Henkel Adhesives Technologies brands Create social listening dashboards / projects through Youscan and Onclusive to support with social media metrics Drive social listening reports and provide actionable insights for the brand teams Steer processes and information flow with countries and brand teams regarding product portfolio and availabilities, create monthly Community Management KPI reports and derive community insights that can lead to relevant rationales for product development Coordinates with the digital brand manager team for project implementations as well communication strategies
