What you´ll do Support customer communication and help ensure a smooth customer experience Act as a point of contact for customer enquiries (email, calls) Assist with order-to-cash (OTC) and customer service related activities Help build relationships with customers and collect their feedback Maintain and update CRM data, supporting business development activities Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction (CSAT) Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Experience, Supply Chain, etc.) Support ongoing projects, process improvements and best practices Help monitor performance using KPIs and reports
