What you'll do

  • Represent manufacturing needs in project design and delivery, with a focus on supply chain and warehousing operations.
  • Define user requirements and translate operational, technical and process needs into clear project inputs.
  • Work with manufacturing sites and global partners to gather best practices and operational insight.
  • Review technical documents and data to support decisions on systems, tools and manufacturing processes.
  • Promote high standards in quality, health, safety and environmental performance throughout the project.
  • Track industry developments and help introduce future-ready technologies and ways of working.

Interested? For this role we're looking for the following education, experience and skills

  • Experience in biopharmaceutical operations and regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Experience supporting large projects in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain and warehousing, including planning, procurement, storage and distribution.
  • Clear communication and technical writing skills, with the ability to work across functions and levels.
  • Willingness to adapt to project variabilities and a rapidly evolving work environment.
  • Fluent in English; French is an advantage.
  • Regular travel to Belgium and occasional travel to the United States may be required during conceptual design and basic design phases.
