Lifecycle Project Management - Power & Energy

A Valet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a valet service, ensuring efficient vehicle handling, excellent customer service, and the safety and security of vehicles and guests. 

Responsibilities

• Ensures employees and guests are safe at all times. 
• If needed - operates vehicles in a safe manner to minimize the potential for accidents. 
• Oversee the tracking of keys and vehicles throughout the garage. 
• Ensures all team members are providing exceptional guest experiences to every guest by smiling at, greeting and helping every guest as they enter the garage. 
• Maintains garage organization.  
• Sets the tone for the workplace by keeping an upbeat attitude. 
• Must be enthusiastic about the job, creating a positive environment for the team members and customers to enjoy. 
• Helps team members to remember to always use approved language choices. 
• Communicate with other co-workers to inform each other of the organizational plan constructed when the shift is over. 
• Must set an example by looking sharp at all times and helping employees understand how to successfully adhere to Caesars Virginia uniform guidelines. 
• Oversee team members to keep a professional work area.  
• All other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED. 
• Casino/Hotel experience preferred. 
• Experience within an upscale hotel preferred. 
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a Bell Attendant, Valet or related position is preferred. 
• Minimum, of two (2) years’ experience as a supervisor or related position.
• Valid Driver’s License 
• Must have schedule flexibility including evenings, weekends, holiday shifts and overtime, as needed. 
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills. 
• Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with co-workers.  
• Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English.  
• 5 years of safe driving experience in vehicle. 
• Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business. 

Wage: $20.00 per hour

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Requires seldom sitting, kneeling, lifting/carrying of 51-100 lbs.; occasional bending, reaching, and crouching 

• Copying & writing of numbers 

• Eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity as well as the ability to distinguish letters, symbols and currency 

• Work area is subject to variable temperatures.
