Learning & Development Consultant
We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to design, deliver, and continuously improve high-impact learning solutions that strengthen capability, accelerate performance, and deliver measurable impact across the business.
This role sits within the APAC L&D team and partners closely with business leaders, HR, and global L&D colleagues. It combines program ownership, facilitation, content development, and internal consulting across both early careers and experienced populations, ensuring learning solutions are aligned to business priorities and drive measurable outcomes.
We operate in a fast-paced, high-performance environment where learning is expected to be practical, relevant, and directly linked to business outcomes. This role requires someone who can engage a highly analytical audience and deliver solutions that drive real performance improvement.
What You Will Do
Own and evolve early careers programs
Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of intern and graduate programs
Partner with campus recruiting, trader education, and business stakeholders to align programs to capability and performance needs
Ensure programs are structured, scalable, and deliver a strong participant experience
Design and deliver professional development solutions
Build learning solutions that strengthen professional, technical, and leadership capability
Create structured development journeys for employees at different career stages
Contribute to firm-wide capability building initiatives
Facilitate high-impact learning experiences
Deliver engaging, practical learning experiences (in-person and virtual) across APAC, embedding Susquehanna’s culture and ways of working
Adapt facilitation approach to engage audiences from early career talent to experienced professionals across technical and business functions, including technology, operations, trading, and quantitative research
Tailor delivery style to suit a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Partner with the business as an L&D consultant
Diagnose capability gaps and performance challenges with managers and senior leaders
Translate business priorities into targeted, outcome-driven learning solutions
Provide credible challenge and guidance to shape effective development approaches
Build scalable learning solutions
Design and develop eLearning, toolkits, and on-demand resources
Partner with subject matter experts to create practical, relevant content
Curate and integrate internal and external learning resources
Support and Contribute to L&D operations and global alignment
Support the implementation and management of learning platforms in the region
Partner with global L&D to adapt and deliver initiatives locally
Ensure alignment with global frameworks while addressing regional requirements
What we're looking for
8–10 years of experience in Learning & Development, with a track record of owning and delivering programs end-to-end
Demonstrated ability to facilitate engaging learning experiences across in-person and virtual environments
Experience designing early careers programs and professional development solutions
Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence managers and senior leaders
Ability to translate business needs into practical, outcome-driven learning solutions, using curiosity to uncover root needs and challenge assumptions
Experience designing scalable learning solutions, including eLearning and digital resources
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate across teams to deliver
Experience in the creation of eLearning modules highly preferred
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and challenge stakeholders
Proven ability to operate independently and take ownership in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
