Lead Engineer, Senior - WLAN
### Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. ### 3+ years of experience in embedded software/firmware development, with significant focus on Wi‑Fi or other wireless technologies. ### Strong proficiency in C for embedded systems; good understanding of real‑time constraints, memory/performance optimization. ### Solid knowledge of 802.11 protocols and Wi‑Fi stack (MAC state machines, management/control frames, scanning, association, roaming, security, QoS). ### Experience with RTOS or bare‑metal firmware on SoCs / MCUs. ### Experience debugging low‑level firmware issues with tools such as JTAG, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers, and internal debug logs. ### Strong understanding of: ### Interrupt handling, DMA, timers, power management. ### Hardware-software interfaces, register programming, and driver/firmware interaction. ### Proven ability to own features independently and drive complex issues to closure. ### 802.11ax/11be (OFDMA, MU‑MIMO, TWT, MLO, spatial reuse). ### Dual‑band simultaneous (DBS), multi‑band operations (MBO), advanced roaming. ### Familiarity with Linux Wi‑Fi host drivers (e.g., qcacld/ath11k/etc.) and host-firmware interfaces (WMI/HTT or similar). Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience. OR Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience. OR PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience. 2+ years of academic or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
