Job Overview 

The LCV Zone Sales Manager reports to the Head of Network LCV Sales, you will take full ownership of LCV Sales performance across your Zone, covering all four LCV brands. You’ll work in close partnership with the Professional Centre network and LCV team to deliver ambitious objectives across new LCV sales, customer satisfaction and Professional Centre programme engagement.

Technical Skills:

• Team created by having one specific skill needed at each of the Professional Centre
• Brand & Product & services knowledge across 4 LCV brands
• Knowledge of processes and tools of Retailer
• Data analysis ability

• Ability to combine working from distance and physical retailer visits

The main job responsibilities:

• Focus and help to secure and increase profitability, efficiency and overall success of business
• Working within a defined geoographical region with a combination of both physical Dealer visits and remote performance meetings and occasional joint customer visits with Dealer's Business Sales Exec
• Identifying and developing clear business goals in order to plan and prioritize strategies to advice and coach to close gaps on specific KPI’s 
• Increased on-site-visits based on escalation process of performance
• Build strong working relationships with Dealer partners and demonstrating the mutal dependency strategic approach in behaviours and actions
• Identifying, informing and addressing internal repetitive problems which need to be corrected to the right Department (Internal Alert System)
• Identifying and developing clear business goals in order to plan and prioritize strategies to advice and coach to close gaps on specific KPI’s 
• Ensuring correct levels of respurce to deliver growth; sales and aftersales personel, aftersales capacity, demonstrators, used sales capability
• Delivering a local business contact and sales strategy
